Sessions take place either at your home or at my gym, at a time to suit you. All equipment is provided for a tailor-made personal fitness program with sessions usually lasting 45 minutes to one hour depending on fitness level.
I work on all aspects of fitness and use a wide range of exercises to help you achieve your goals, from basic cardio to functional exercises (working your everyday movements to hone those muscles you need the most).
My aim is to motivate you into getting and staying fit in a healthy way, while making it as interesting and enjoyable as possible.
